No Returns or Replacements

We do not accept returns or replacements. You can view original product images and sizing charts on each product page. Please contact us with any questions before ordering.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once you have clicked on the “Complete Order” button, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change details like address, please contact us at support@throttleprints.com as soon as possible. If successful, refunds/returns will be processed within 7 working days.

Lost Shipments

It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier if tracking indicates the product was delivered but not received. Unfortunately, ThrottlePrints cannot offer refunds or reshipments in such cases.

Damaged Items

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days.

We will review replacement/return requests only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • There is a missing part
